Oh yes. Not only does exercising make women feel better about their bodies and boost their self-esteem, but it also helps men perform the way they’d like to perform. Men in their 50’s or older who exercise vigorously for about three hours per week are only about 1/3 as likely to experience erectile dysfunction as compared to men who exercise very little or not at all.1
